The glittering sun rays spread various hues of shiny silvers and golds..

The delightful chirping of restless bird echoes as calm and soothing as tone of seashores..

Dews sprinkled on budding blossoms constructing some magical allure to my eyes..

Hey friends!!

It’s not like something mysterious happened last night, it’s just I myself created a beautiful mirage to live with, what I got and sense everything positive around me. No, it’s not at all some quantum physics. I’m talking about two very simple rules of living. Think positive and Create positivity. Trust me, each and every rule of living is somehow connected to these two laws. When we think positive we automatically captivate those positive vibes in our lives. Our body starts refusing all sort of negative thoughts and we certainly glance at everyone with a gorgeous smile. It works as some sort of law of attraction.

So how it all started functioning.

A few years back I was stuck in a mind wrenching dilemma, how to commence my day without being sluggish and drowsy. It’s entirely a nightmare for me to organize everything- My mind, body and soul altogether🤓.

Tried all sort of life-changing tutorials from my good wishers. Turned on for all therapies to handle my everyday morning chores. And after a great fight with own self, I came up with my actual life-altering schedule.
And a few days back as we all rewrote our daily schedule, I too came up with a renewed version of my own. COVID19 overturned our daily life struggle tremendously. Now, is the moment we should pay the greatest importance to our health.

Health is of utmost importance, but many people do not make eating well and exercising a priority until their health deteriorates. You must live in a balanced state so that you can be at your optimal level in all aspects of your life.


Here in this blog I’m focusing on a few tips to turn on your day with more positivity and healthy way.

15 MINUTES MEDITATION

Developing a morning meditation practice can be a life-altering experience in the most positive way. In order to meditate effectively, you must commit to the process and be patient along the way, as it is very challenging to slow down and control your thoughts.

Here are some morning meditation benefits:-

  • You will have a sorted day rather than scattered one.
  • You can handle whatever the day brings.
  • If there ever was a perfect solution to dissolving stress, it would be daily meditation. You can sharpen your intuitive skills as morning is the time when everything is in harmony.
  • To be able to nurture this ability you need to be in harmony with nature and with yourself. 
  • You can eliminate stress and anxiety from your daily life.
  • You will boost your overall self esteem.

WATER IS THE DRIVING FORCE OF ALL NATURE

Start your day with lots of water. Take it as a morning ritual of water cleansing. Since 70-75% of our bodies are made up of water, it is essential to keep it hydrated with a fresh intake of water at all times. 

Here I’m mentioning few benefits of drinking water in empty stomach.

  • Flushes out toxins out of your body first thing in the morning.
  • Increases your metabolism throughout the day.
  • Drinking water before a meal helps weight loss.
  • Boost your immune system throughout the day.
  • It may prevent headache and migraine.
  • Clear out and improves your complexion.
  • Promotes the growth of healthy hair.

Here I’m adding a few more tips which I swear on and never skip no matter where I go.

1. Drink warm lemon water with honey: It’s a popular weight loss drink as we all know.

2. Green tea: Green tea is loaded with antioxidants which protect your body from the risk of various diseases. It is widely used for weight loss. 
3. Detox water: To prepare detox water you can add cucumber, lemon juice, mint leaves and a slice of ginger to water and store it for some time. You can consume it in the morning or throughout the day.

It really works guys!!


WALKING IS CHEAP, FUN, SAFE AND ACCEPTABLE EXERCISE!!

As we all are avoiding the gym nowadays still our body needs some activity to start our day with a boost. It will just take a little bit of your time. The positive point is you get to sense your surroundings instead of mindlessly running on a treadmill.
Some benefits of early morning walk:-

  • Improves your immunity.
  • Makes your skin look Radiant.
  • Improves your quality of sleep.
  • It’s good for your heart.
  • Inculcates discipline and builds positivity.
  • It promotes weight loss and let you choose your own pace.
  • Perfect exercise for all ages, so you get more time to spend with your loved ones.

There are some basic tips to adopt regarding nutritional balance before and after work out or intense walks. Will surely add a blog on it soon.


YOGA: IS NOT A WORK-OUT IT’S WORK-IN!!

Yoga is the nicest practise for both body and mind. It offers peace and mindfulness to its lovers and helps them the whole day to stay positive and fight burden. Yoga is a mind-body practice, no matter which type of yoga you do, and it’s helpful to give your mind something to focus on as you move on your mat.
I was never a morning yoga-doer before, but it’s a habit I’ve always wanted to get into since I experienced it for the first time. And now it’s my way of life. Few benefits of practicing yoga everyday:-

  • Improves flexibility, strength and posture.
  • Weight loss and all-round fitness.
  • An everyday gentle yoga practises will fuel the metabolic system and help burn fat.
  • Increase energy and reduce stress.
  • Relaxing yoga poses can calm both your body and soul.
  • You will breath better and feel happier.
  • 15 minutes yoga can change your brain chemistry, balance your hormones and improves mood and best thing is, it works for all ages.

MORNING SKINCARE ROUTINES

My skincare routine is constantly swung on some natural remedies which my mother showered on me as her blessings. We can find thousands of natural ingredients within our reach which help us to keep a constant check on our skin improvement.

To Exfoliate:-
A homemade sugar scrub is a wonderful natural exfoliator.
You can make a variation with adding organic coconut oil to sugar(for dry skin).
You can add coffee to sugar (for removing dead skin cells).
Lemon, honey and sugar scrub. ( For dry skin: Don’t leave the scrub for long on your skin)

To cleanse:-
I basically prefer to have oil cleansing on the face. I know it really sounds gummed but it works.
The basic idea of oil cleansing is to use natural oils in specific combination to cleanse the skin and naturally balance the skin’s natural oils.
Make a perfect mixture of organic coconut oil, almond oil and vitamin -c capsule (Make it in small quantity). Massage your face with it for 10 minutes. Take a towel and wipe your face with warm water.

To moisturize:-
For everyday skincare, I just use fresh Aloe Vera gel from my balcony garden. I don’t think anything else would be more natural than homegrown ingredients.


EAT A HEALTHY BREAKFAST!!

Breakfast is the most important part of our meal.


But, how often do you put your breakfast on the back-burner and only grab an apple on your way out the door?  Or worse, you don’t eat breakfast at all?

I feel terrible when I realize my mistakes of adopting unhealthy patterns for my breakfast. But we can all benefit from routinely eating a healthy, well-rounded breakfast. So we should fit it into our schedules every single day during our morning routine.

My go-to breakfast is usually full of oats, eggs, smoothies, toasts, sprout salads and quick breads.
All are great choices that are super filling and delicious, and equally easy to make!


PLAN YOUR DAY!!

Lastly, just try to manage a planner for the day. It will make you 100% more productive than before. But of course, you have to give some time to plan your to-do list. My suggestion, you can do it on Sundays. Rest of the days you just have to do some alteration according to the requirements.


Above mentioned routine is difficult to start but simple to follow and worth your precious time.

So, there you have it!  My morning routine.
I try to stick to it most of my days, and still sometimes I make alterations to it.
We can’t all be perfect, and anybody that tries to tell you that their morning routines are perfectly executed every single day are lying or just don’t have kids, haha!🤓
