Have you ever glanced back and thought where you’ve been, who you’ve been and what are the beliefs you have formed. The way we are living now is the reflection of these questions.
Are you scampering to find some restful moments, sitting around your favourite corner and reading your nicest edition?
Tired of rushing like a bull all day, still feeling it’s worthless?
Some piece of shit makes you feel shaky, no matter how much you want to get rid of it? Why is it so? Who is responsible for it? And on and on.🙄
The answer is – Just sit back and “STREAMLINE YOUR LIFE RULES“. ✌
Now, the fact is it’s all about a complete sole priority because what is more prior to me is not necessarily the same for everyone else.

So with this, we can start our quest to procure the slightest modification in our life rules, which actually, I think worked on me very well! ✌
LET IT GO!!
People think to hold to a particular point of grief, is a sign of great strength but sometimes letting things move on makes you tougher and stronger than ever.
Letting go is never easy. Whether it’s a relationship, a friend, your ego, or even a job, it can be hard to let go of attachments when we don’t really want to. But it’s necessary if we want to move on and live a happy and fulfilling life.
Learn to let go of desires. Desire, understood as a longing for what one does not have, only brings eternal dissatisfaction.

DON’T CORRELATE!
Never try to correlate yourself with someone else. The only person you should knockdown is the early you. The person you were yesterday is the biggest rival of your present thought. If this previous being brought undesirable feelings within you, then it’s time to reward it back with positivity and stillness. We create what we think, it’s the simple law of attraction. Positivity attracts positive vibes and negative thoughts lure sorrow.

IGNORE THEM!!
The biggest problem of mankind is we always crave to see ourselves from others vision. If you care what others think then you will never be able to create your own decision in life.
There is more to life than pleasing people. There is much more to life than following others’ prescribed path. You need to decide who you are for yourself. Don’t let the intentions and beliefs of other people affect your decisions. It’s your life, not theirs. Do what matters most to you, do what makes you feel alive and happy. 😊
In the end, people will judge you anyway, so don’t live your life impressing others, live your life impressing yourself.

GIVE IT TIME!!
Healing takes time! In this path, you often find yourself too isolated and unloved. But, remember this is the only route you create with your own intention, with all the inner courage. Walking in this deserted journey makes you tough and courageous enough to get over any bad thought.
Basically, time is the single cure for each and every problem be it a small one or a huge one, with time everything turns normal, we forget things which once we considered to be the end of everything, of our life. So, give it time and you will truly find yourself back!

NO COMPLAINTS NO RESENTMENTS!
Complaints and resentments are useless. They poison a person from inside out. They kill any positive feelings that might be in there too. Complaints only open the door for bad energies, negativities and grief. It somehow paralyzes you and tries to keep out of your productivity.
Whatever is yours will surely come back to you. No complaint can work wonder on it. But your positivity can create miracles in your life.
When you complain, you make yourself a victim. Leave the situation, change the situation, or accept it. All else is madness.

KEEP YOUR HONOUR!!
Emotions, in general, are impulsive responses. If there’s a reason behind them, they become feelings. Love is an extraordinary feeling. However, sometimes what we call love may actually be a blind, passing emotion. Whatever it is, can never be compared to self-love. Your beliefs are like a kind of compass, and when you respect them, you feel pride. Never keep your self-honour on stake to protect a relationship. Honour is the most precious thing a person has. They attract the goodwill and consideration of others, even enemies. This is how honour gives value to life.

DON’T MAKE ROOM FOR GUILTS!!
Every action we do teaches us something. It also changes us in some way. If a person did something wrong, he taught us a lesson. That’s why we shouldn’t dismiss anything we go through. The important thing is to learn from it and become wiser.
We’re meant to feel guilt for a short time and if we recognize we’ve acted badly, we should mend the situation as soon as possible.
The goal is to redirect your actions and behaviours. If you’re guilty about something, engage in positive thoughts and actions.
You may succeed in making another feel guilty about something by blaming him, but you won’t succeed in changing whatever it is about you that is making you unhappy.
So, here I jotted few rules which may help us in dealing with our daily life struggles. When I was 18, I believed I could rein in the chaos of the world with a few well-chosen guidelines. I was wrong, but I took a step in the right direction: We can never control the world, but in learning to control ourselves, we can get better at dealing with this fact.
We decide who we are in this world not once but with every action we take, every principle we value, and every rule we choose to follow.

I say YES to all these rules. Over time I learned to let go, forgive, embrace life even sometimes it sucks and being prudent with people around me. My life is better, free from any pain or hurt. Although we have our moments, I allow myself to feel disappointment, hurt, or even be mad. Until I am ready to move forward. Everything is a process but we will try our best not to get stuck and I understand it is not easy and every person has its own phase.
Yes dear! That's absolutely true..' Let go' is the most difficult thing to work on. Really easy to inscribe it in a page but doing it practically is way too rough. But, I hope my words, somehow help somebody to fetch that positive courage..that nothing is impossible.😊
Letting things go is easier said than done, I thought I was over my past as the traumatic thoughts were no longer trauma inducing, but half way through the lockdown I started getting intrusive thoughts about my last trauma, something I've not had in about a decade, and I can't stop it
Indeed that's true, letting things out is not easy at all but the only soul who can work on it is the person itself. Don't let that negative energy suppress your positivity. Try to focus on everything which keeps you motivated. May it be a sunrise gardening or your moment with tunes. Spread smile and you will soon witness yours😊

I used to complain a lot. In fact, I spent most of 2018 complaining until I got to the point where I was so tired of hearing myself complain. That is when I had the "ah ha" moment where I realized I needed to take control and make a change. As they say, doing the same thing every day and expecting a different result is the definition of madness.
That's how I ended up traveling the world! And I've kept the mentality (and peace) ever since.
