Hey beautiful souls,
I am Sangeeta Beri — an entrepreneur, traveler, photographer, writer, sculpture designer, mother, dog lover, and someone who deeply believes that life becomes meaningful when we truly pause to feel it.

And this little corner called Soulengrossed is exactly about that — getting engrossed in moments that touch the soul.

Life has changed beautifully over the years. What once began with small dreams, random writings, shutter captures, and countless travel memories has now evolved into a life filled with creativity, entrepreneurship, motherhood, and endless learning.

Today, along with my husband, I run The Stone Studio — a handcrafted statue manufacturing and export company where art, heritage, devotion, and design come alive through stone, brass, wood, and fibre sculptures. What started as a passion gradually transformed into a successful business journey completely managed by both of us with love, creativity, and relentless hard work.

But somewhere between business meetings, sculpture designing, export discussions, motherhood, and daily chaos… I never wanted to lose the part of me that simply loves to observe life.

The girl who still gets excited while packing for a trip.
The woman who stops midway on roads just to capture light falling on leaves.
The soul who quietly writes poems inside airport lounges, mountain cafés, hotel rooms, or during sleepless nights.

And maybe that’s why Soulengrossed exists.

 

 

This blog is not just about travel itineraries or photography tips. It is about emotions attached to places. It is about journeys that change you. About moments that remain long after vacations end.

You’ll find stories here about:

Because honestly… life is rarely perfect. Mine isn’t either.

It is beautifully messy, emotional, adventurous, confusing, exciting, exhausting, inspiring — all at once. And I think that’s the most human part of living.

 

My Little World

Apart from being an entrepreneur, I am also a proud mother to my beautiful daughter and a dog mom to my two adorable companions — a loving Golden Retriever and my rescued Indie baby whom I adopted with all my heart. They make my life louder, happier, fur-filled, and infinitely more beautiful.

Traveling with family, creating memories, discovering cultures, watching sunsets in unknown cities, finding stories in streets, cafés, mountains, temples, and oceans — these are the things that genuinely make me feel alive.

And photography?
Photography has always been more than a hobby for me.

It is my way of preserving emotions.

Sometimes a photograph says the things words fail to explain.

Somewhere deep inside, I always dreamt of becoming a wildlife photographer. And though life took me through many different paths, the camera still remains one of the purest forms of happiness for me.

For me, photography is not about perfection.
It is about feeling.

About freezing a fleeting emotion forever.
